For what fucking purpose? Vespiquen wasn't even good to begin with and now its only recovery move is gone, unless you transfer one over with Roost.

The only reason I can think of is that they had already decided to make it a mandatory raid boss for the dlc before the game released and were worried about it potentially spamming heal order since the movesets of raid pokemon are random. I can't remember if healing moves fail when raid bosses use them.

Why did gamefreak remove roost from so many flying type pokemon? Not even Charizardino was safe from having its only form of recovery taken away.
