these games are indefensible. holy mother of god, are these games bad, jesus fucking christ. i played through white version years ago when it came out, it was the last new game ive played, and i remember NONE of it. im at castelia city right now, and i have a faint memory of the 3d perspectives used in this location, and nothing else. i dont even terribly mind the fact that the quality of the pokemon designs have deteriorated so severely, its been on steady decline since gen 3. but what excuse is there for making just 16 routes, and its all in a fucking circle? how much dialogue of hollow meaningless horseshit am i going to sit through before i get to use my imagination? am i playing fucking xenogears? these characters and drama are so forced and suck ass. they did in the old games too, but they didnt have the gall to make you swallow 3-5 minutes of boring, meaningless dreck for every 15 minutes of gameplay. anyone who takes pleasure in experiencing this one dimensional transparent excuse for a pokemon game needs to be force fed broken glass. play pokemon gold every day until you like it, faggots
