1. Pokémon anime series, though the love for it decreases after the animation turned digital (mid-late Johto) then suffers a sharp decline during Gen 5. As for the movies, it depends on how much you love the Legendaries and settings, the stories are considered mostly bad except for a few (like "Spell of the Unown").
2. Pokémon Adventures/Special manga - Ruby and Sapphire. Followed by the DPPt saga then the Yellow, GSC and RGB chapters. People also like The Electric Tale Of Pikachu.
3. Pokémon Mystery Dungeon 2 & 1 are about equal, Super is seen as good too but inferior and GtI is either loved or hated. Colosseum and the Ranger series are loved by the few who played them.
4. The adventure of Red in Kanto is considered a classic story, even if very simple. Johto has moments that people love or dislike but the overall story is considered weak. The developers sure loved working on Sinnoh and Alola but the fans have mixed opinions, it depends on how you like the story to be shown/told. Hoenn is mostly a joke and Unova is a bad joke, it takes a "special" kind of person to be genuinely impressed by either of those.
Though almost none of this can compare to, say, early Digimon or Final Fantasy.
