It's a problem when people associate Gen 2 Pokemon with regions outside of Johto. The distribution is mostly fixed in the remakes but I agree that trainers should have a bit more Gen 2 Pokemon on their teams.

except for Dunsparce since its a serpent but considering her pride I can't imagine her putting a weak pokemon like that on her team. Though you could argue that she's so overconfident she thinks HER Dunsparce is abnormally strong.
