The grass type is interesting, but the flow is off. I'm guessing it's supposed to be feline-like? It seems to go more aye-aye to tigerish. Cool down the details on that puffy tail a bit for a more recognizable silhouette, add aspects of the next evo to make it transition better. A more chartreuse green shade may help the pink aspects pop out better.
I like your water evo the most, but this one has the opposite problem from the first, as it suffers from "it just gets bigger" disease in the way that the blue shades stay too similar. Try going from a light blue to a deep blue. I also suggest making the first evo a quadruped for the ease of growth.
I like the concept of your Cobramon, but it's missing that distinguishable silhouette. Broaden its hood, and maybe try a light yellow for the color inside instead of the off-white to further sell the fire type aesthetic. Markings will help you break up that dark body.
