I think Porygon should be a physical attacker so the progression goes Phys Attacker -> Tank -> Sp Attacker. And it literally has edges. Base stat total buffed to 460 (P2 is 515 and P-Z is 535 for comparison). 60/60/70/85/75/40 -> 70/95/80/60/75/80 . New Move: Shift Gear (it just makes sense). Nobody would use it, it'd still be garbage (unless you give it Extreme Speed or something), but I just think it makes sense.

Similar buffs should be given to all mons that used to be fully evolved once upon a time. Especially Onix.

I think it should get more attack to be honest, it gets the punch moves and iron fist so all of that just gets wasted with 35 atk. also that much spd with 55 hp doesnt make it bulky enough to make it good

Sudowoodo's theme is literally being slow and sturdy, so imo it should be super slow but able to take a hit from one of its many weaknesses, something like 120/105/120/35/90/30 (500 total) would be fair.
This is still far weaker than snorlax with its massive 160 HP and probably wouldnt be too annoying since its typing is shit, its only recovery is rest and it doesnt get many status moves.

I was joking because its current SPD already soars above its otherwise mostly babymon-tier stats. To give it the same base stats as Hitmonchan and make it as close to on-par as possible, probably just bump ATK all the way to 100 and call it a day.
