>>47657911>Wild AreaTerribly implemented, segmented in ways that don't offer freedom of movement and each area having designated weather is jarring, also the pokemon level catching limitation makes exploring before near endgame useless
>Competitive100% true
>Egg moves, mintsAgain, true, but it's part of the competitive side, no need to mention it separately
>Massive rosterYes and no, the roster is the biggest with the DLC, but at its max it still has less mons than USUM, also XY had the mons in routes, rather than having to walk around the wild area like a mook, hoping the weather or RNG spawns them consistently
>TRsTheir very introduction is ass, completely unnecesary, it is a literal waste of time and getting them requires you consistently parcipating in Raids or hoping some fag vendor has them, it's a step backwards in every conceivable way
>Trainer CardsA cute concept, wanna know what else was cute? Alola Photo Club
>CampLack of petting makes it feel weird but a decent addition
>Dex entriesWanna know what's better than dex entries?
The mons, XY can boast about it because it had a perfect attendance record, SwSh does not
>The 2 DLCsThey were better handled than the main story but the main story and regular route design are ass so that's at least something it can boast about, they aren't terrible by any means, but being DLC only puts the experience at literal $90 from some decent areas, where following Pokemon aren't even handled well to boot
SwSh has a few nice things, but it feels like a husk of a game at times, it will be remembered as middle of the road, unless the next gen goes further in doing backwards ass shit like removing mons or limiting TMs, or limiting your catching ability
