If slots and roulettes are bad, can we just go full pachinko mode and have the pachinko balls be given through battling people in the casino and have the yield be based on how well you do in the battles? I mean a bunch of companies get around gambling laws all of the time, just make the battles hard and have the player need to spend money on resources to win the battles.
