Yea kinda fucking pathetic, I think gen 4 hit it just right, its very much possible to EV train or breed for IV's in those games, but its a process that won't take a day. Nowadays you can max IV's and EV's in less than a few hours if you know what you're doing... its kinda sad how pathetically easy its become

IVs should just be removed at this point desu. Back then the point of them was to create a sense of uniqueness and variety by having it so you and your friend could both have Tyranitars or something, but they would differ slightly in their stats even if they were at the same level.
But nowadays the entire system has been cracked wide open and nobody values the idea of a unique pokemon with its own unique stat spread, the only thing anyone uses online is an optimized ubermensch pokemon with all relevant stats maxed out. The reason IVs existed to begin with isn't valid anymore

lmao. Yes I love when making a 6IV competitive pokemon is "possible," that's how I would describe it too.

Pokemon is about battling. Whatever gets you battling faster is a better system. There are almost 1000 pokemon and I want to battle with them.

And special attackers to minimize damage taken from Confusion and Foul Play. Also to reduce the amount of HP the opponent gains from Strength Sap.

The hypothetical "Rusted Cap" shouldn't be permanent like with Bottle Caps so you can switch a mixed attacker like Kommo-o from Physical to Special whenever at any given moment.

Bringing back the QOL that did everything but the IV, Egg Move, and HA stuff better would be nice.
It's baffling to me how even though SwSh has a better potential to let you use any Pokemon, Gen 6 of all shit gens is the one that is the easiest to get into competitive still. Fix it GF.

Hyper Training only replaces the IV with 31 for stat calculation. Having us actually be able to change them should be in the game. Also increasing the destiny knot inheritance from 5 to 6

This. If you have existing breeding infrastructure, you can breed in hours or even minutes, but if you were to hard start from scratch, no 6IV dittos of every nature, no 61 male parents in every egg group, no living Pokemon to give you every species you could potentially need to start with, it would take dozens or even hundreds of hours to do legitimately.

I want them to introduce more non-competitive QOL since most comp bros just inject. I think teaching TMs to Pokemon could be more intuitive, as well as fusing legendaries like Calyrex or Kyurem, and reworking the nicknaming system again, like being able to rename eventmons.

That would make it useless. I get what you want to do; use a 6IV ditto to produce a 6IV child, but the RNG on the 5th IV is how people get 6IV pokemon through breeding. You take two parents, and the roll on the 6th stat eventually introduces a 31 where it didn't exist in the parents. Now you take that Pokemon with a 31 and breed it, and the roll on the 6th stat eventually introduces a second 31 where it didn't exist in the parents, etc. Eventually you get up to 6 31 IVs.A 6IV Destiny Knot would make using existing perfect Pokemon easier, but it'd make getting there harder.

I want Pokemon to have every move they've learned and then you just pick 4 at a time to equip. Instead of a cumbersome NPC interaction just let the Pokemon have a list of all their moves and you change their moveset whenever you want out of battle.

There's only 2 things stopping me from using my ingame catches competitively:

1) Hyper training requiring level 100. I personally hate not being able to see level 50 stats in the status screen or box so I'll always breed or hack in a 5IV. If I had it my way I would make an NPC that demotes your Pokemon to level 50.
2) Balltism. I like putting everything in rare/specific balls but that's usually not happening for random catches. They'll probably make a ball changer eventually even if I'm a bit iffy on the idea.

You forgot nature mints to give the Pokemon the stats of any nature you want.

And egg moves can be taught to an existing Pokemon. For example you can have a level 100 Cinderace and breed a new Scorbunny that knows Sucker Punch. You can then evolve that Scorbunny into a Cinderace and it will then transfer the egg move onto your level 100 Cinderace if you leave them in the daycare together provided the level 100 Cinderace has an open move slot.

You can also use Cram O Matic to make PP Ups to increase the usage of moves. I mostly used it to get 5/5s to become 8/8s.

Certain dens on IoA give more candies. You use Digging Pa to farm watts. Restricted Sparring awards more BP than Battle Tower, especially if you can complete the 5 matches for the set without losing. Put a Coalossal in your party since it makes the eggs hatch faster. And why do you need a Ditto when you can craft Bottle Caps with the Cramomatic?

Most regular story playthroughs don't bother with training the Pokemon for competitive. Competitive players are only a small fraction of the playerbase.
