1. Creation of threads is exempt from posting cooldowns, only replies trigger them and are stopped by them. It has its own cooldown of 10 minutes per thread, which is unrelated to 1 minute per reply cooldown.
2. 4chan pass lowers posting cooldown from 1 minute to 30 seconds, which is less time than from OP to OP's reply.
3. You don't need to put a space between > and text to use quoting syntax.
