That's an absolutely retarded metric to use because there can be any number of reasons unused data is still in the game.Like it or hate it, the most common reason for unused data is time constraints and cut content. This is extremely evident in games like Pokemon, and it's just as evident in other, real JRPGs like Fire Emblem, yet as shit as Three Houses was it did managed to be a better Pokemon game than SwSh was. Funny how that works.
