Simple. It's a Pokemon game. Only reason it got hate at first was because it had it's own Pokemon Presents, when people were expecting DP Remakes.
Still not playing this. Have no interest in MOBAs and Pokemon won't change that.

I've also seen plenty of the other side, but most of those have moved along. And most who like it don't seem very enthusiastic about it to me.
Maybe it's my twatter/discord circles as well as the general quietness of this board around it (even PMD:RTDX had more fanfare surrounding its release), but time will tell.

In 4-5 minutes I can go on a rampage and just flatten the entire map as Garchomp. Occaisionally I come across one guy that knows how much of a threat I am and it becomes somewhat of a skill match up until Im fucking Garchomp and shove both dicks up their ass.

This is actually how I imagined my dream pokemon game as a kid, an arena game where you actually move with your pokemon and fight manually, it doesn't even feel like a move since you move with the joystick and have an attack button you can use and hit the air, don't have to click click click
