>Double vs single type pokemonEven though we always get a lot of pure type pokemon, dual types will always have more unique properties, there are 153 dual types available and only 18 single types. In galar it really seemed like they actively gave some pokemon only 1 type when they could have easily given them 2. In terms of variety, it would be more fair if only 1 or 2 out of every 10 fully evolved pokemon were monotype.
Also, dual types will always be offensively superior to mono types. If they have the same movepool, a normal/rock type will always be offensively better than just pure rock or just a pure normal.
