Random question, how much would an unopened red cartridge be worth?
Fallow up how about an original Japanese gold and silver cart (no wrapping but with the box), about 5 original pokadexs unopened, some pokecameras, and like 20 of the original Pokemon card packs still with wrapping?

Whatever it is for sealed Red alone it’s insanely expensive and rapidly getting worse, not only are old Pokemon game/card prices exploding but the sealed games market is being hyped up by external investors in general, so it could easily be over 15,000 for that alone. Unsealed Gold/Silver should be an easy 100 or two for english but since its Japanese probably less. Unsure of price for classic unopened cards but they realistically only go up in value due to autists chasing the Charizard or equivalent so may want to hold onto them. Other shit may yield you a few hundred at best but nothing crazy I don’t think. Good for you if you actually own that shit though

Well considering a sealed original Legend of Zelda game sold for about 900k, I'd say a sealed Red could be auctioned off for at least 500k if its in very good condition.

The reason why the LOZ cart was so expensive is because of the rarity; people didn't hoard sealed NES games in 1987 like they did when Pokemania reached the United States in 1998. There are thousands of RBY/GSC cart boxes in circulation and a decent amount of sealed ones in collections as well. Sealed ones are certainly valuable, but a lot less rare than you think.
