>>47672815I don't think it'd make Ninetales OU. From where I sit, I believe that it's main role is to set up hail with its ability and get off an aurora veil for its team. It's not a matter of if Ninetales itself isn't OU viable material, which it definitely would be, it's a matter of hail teams not being very good in the meta with not a lot of good hail Pokemon. You're better off running rain or sand. To make Ninetales OU you'd need to have other Pokemon which benefit from hail to make Ninetales useful.
