That said in one of the cases where it’s the opposite, is Gold Abra the only time we’ve ever seen Abra’s eye open?
I really missed having 2 sets of sprites in the future titles. It was one of the big reasons I convinced my mother to get both Ruby and Sapphire when they released because I really wanted to see the different art between them. Was quite disappointed to find out that they not only had the same sprites, but also didn’t animate them like the previous game. At least Emerald kind of fixed that issue.
