You're wrong there, a few the monthly tourneys barred Dynamax alruight. VCG very much states you can have Gmax factor pokémon though, meaning you CAN use Gmax (and by extension Dynamax) pokémon.
TPC won't ignore the gimmick of the Generaton like the incel manchildren who can't handle evolving "their" metagame at the best of times, let alone to cope with the adddition of a new gimmick.
