>Clefairy and JigglypuffSort of. They have way different stat baselines, and are found in different parts of the map. Plus Game Freak made Clefairy pure Fairy, while Jigglypuff remained part Normal. On the other hand, they both evolve with Moon Stones and have baby evolutions. I don't think Game Freak ever intended them to be counterparts.
