Issue with every pokemon can do it (z-moves and dynamax): the stronger pokemon are just going to get stronger compared to the weaker pokemon doing a z-move or dynamax.

The issue with mega: most of them are already strong pokemon, thus making them even stronger.

If only there is a new mechanics that only make the weaker mon stronger but does not over power the strong pokemon...

Megas would have been great if they kept them to motherfuckers that needed them

Then they further broke that by making itemless megas

But Megas are still better than Dynamax because at least you had to sacrifice an item slot, could only have 1 dedicated mega and weren't given a get out of jail card when you taunted/encored/the works

Yea, Dynamax is such an obvious fuckup that I doubt they even tested it for balance. Some of those megas looked really good too, I want them back.

Sure, it's just scaling the 3D model, obviously any pokemon can do it. Mega requires to add content in a Pokemon game, imagine GF doing that
