Can pokemon home detect hacked pokemon? A jirachi i hacked back in ruby wouldn’t transfer to bank but for whatever reason my celebi did and is now on home.

Yes, if the injector is a retard. I’ve injected every single Pokemon up to #721 and the bank / home never noticed it.
You just need to research it thoroughly.

Define hacked? I spawned it using a gameshark i remember years ago on one of the early routes in Hoehn which is impossible obviously

My only guess is that they didn't even fucking consider to check for a celebi being spawned in such a way since it was just not doable at all, where as jirachi was obtainable in some legit way so they only check for that one way
