Skill 1:
Poison Powder: DoT and slows similar to other AoE poison skills, lasts for several seconds in the spot before disappearing.
Stun Spore: Area denial that stays in the area for a short time and stuns enemies inside.
Skill 2:
Armoatherapy: Heals and removes CC for team mates in the area for a couple seconds, regenerative healing like being on a goal so heals more the longer an ally stands in it.
Synthesis or X-scissor: but both of those seem too close to Snorlax or Crustle so I'm not sure, there are plenty of other choices though.
Unite skill:
Rage Powder. Gives Parasect a shield and forces pokemon in the area to attack him for a couple seconds, makes them move toward him while attacking.
I think he's different enough with that sort of moveset from other defenders while having a unique niche of having high sp.def.
The move choices synergize well with eachother as well, throw down a stun spore or poison powder and then use your unity skill to keep enemies inside of the AoE's for longer, or throw a stun spoder down and X-scissor enemies into it. Or go support with aromatherapy to let your team fight enemies with a lot of debuffs and CC.
