Rhyhorn came from Sinnoh.
They can be found on Route 227, Stark Mountain and Route 214 (Platinum only)
Rhydon can be found Route 227, 228 and Stark Mountain.
They are also in Victory Road (Platinum Only)
+ Rhyperior is considered a Sinnoh Pokémon so...

OP seems to be counting what is in the wild at GS's original release, hence Kangaskhan being in the wild and not in "non native".
Though Sctyher and Pinsir do appear in the wild in Jhoto.

My guess is that since Scyther and Pinsir only appear during the Bug-Catching contest, OP is treating them like imports no native to the region, similar to Safari Zone Pokemon.

Yes, and the only canon sources we have make a clear dividion between the 151 Kanto pokemon and 100 Johto pokemon.

Fiore and Orre are more likely bets. Most of the other Pokemon not native for Johto or Kanto are Sinnoh/Fiore/Orre natives if we're going by IRL logic wherein the regions based off non-Japan locations won't share common species.

All Gen 1-6 starters are from alola(I don't remember if there were WAN for the Gen 3 and 7 starters) by this yeah, though the Kanto ones did appear in the wild in Let's Go's Kanto.
The only ones we technically haven't seen in the wild are the Gen 7 and Gen 8 ones.
