I want to add a twist to Explorers of Sky. I want to change some NPC pokemon and starters around to make things feel fresh and intresting. I MAY even make small changes to text. Give me suggestions, /vp/. What starters and NPCs should I replace with what pokemon and WHY?

Try to keep this thread up for a couple days, i'll be a little busy but i'll pop in every now and then.

Could you allow the ability to play solo? The partner would still be in the cutscenes, but in gameplay you would be alone.

You can set the maximum party size per dungeon to 1 if you wanted to. There is also a special process for it if that can be specifically used to bring recruits and such but there is no reason to use it under most circumstances. I'm not well-enough versed in Skytemple to know if there's be a way to toggle it without using a whole different rom but there probably is using the special process or an ASM patch.

Replace Grovyle with Swalot, it's such a dumb design but it's perfect for something like this playing a major role in the game
