He doesn’t write it, it writes itself when observing and recording Pokémon. Which means that the dex is a biased observer and makes exaggerations and embellishments. Very irresponsible of the programmers of the dex.

You're taming Pokemon which prevents them from reaching dangerous or unmanageable abilities. Pokeballs put a limiter on their abilities. Areas with truly dangerous wild Pokemon are kept off limits.
