Hoenn did actually have too much water. The water routes were mostly empty, and had constant encounters. The tropical island excuse doesn’t make sense either since Alola doesn’t have that problem.

Your region shouldn’t act like I’m constantly in a cave dungeon. I shouldn’t have to buy repels for like 40% of the fucking region.
