Cynthia is easily one of the most popular ones and I don't see why. She's boring and has no personality. Examples like Lusamine who has character? That's rare and in her case she's the main villain of her game so she lends herself to something. The thing about size art is that you need characters with personalities so that you can detail interactions. And since Pokemon does not do that, you got a whole lot of nothing.
What can you even say about this damn franchise when the playable characters are worthless mutes, the female gym leaders you defeat and never hear from again as they have no role in the story and same to female Elites and champions. Their roles end at their intro dialogue and after you beat them? That only cements they being written off.
This is why Pokemon has little size art, because the characters have nothing going for them. For crying out loud most of the females don't even have breasts, that's pure off model art nonsense.
