Silk Scarf Return+ Psychic+ Zen Headbutt later on lets it beat just about every gym leader from the time you get it except Jasmine and it can absolutely clown on the Elite Four as well depending on what you run on it (Crunch for Will, Psychic STAB for Koga and Bruno, and Return+ Psychic STAB for Karen, and you can even run Thunder for Lance's Gyarados).
Helps that it also levels up decently fast and comes with generally well rounded stats so you never have to worry about babying it unlike a lot of other Johto Pokemon.
Obviously it's no Alakazam but it's damn good, would highly recommend using.
On that note, I'd also recommend using Bellsprout if you can find a way to get a Leaf Stone easily because mid-game Sludge Bomb + Sleep Powder shits on a large swathe of the game and is a goddamn lifesaver vs bosses
Also never played White 2, but your team looks nice. Why the Keldeo though?
