Can someone explain the appeal of Alolan Raichu to me? Not trying to start shit, but I just don't get it. I'm not a big fan of regular Raichu, but I think A Raichu is a worse design. I feel like whenever I see A Raichu brought up though people always seem to prefer him over the regular one. So I'm curious why people prefer him.
