Better than Togedemaru, Morpeko, and (narrowly) Emolga. Not as good as Plusle, Minun, or Dedenne.
Firmly in the middle of the pikaclones. Not the best, but it's quite cute.

I'm tempted to put it above Plus and Minus before of how stubby the twins are, but otherwise I'm here. Used him in a half-done run of Pearl and speed and strong electric moves are pretty universal, I'd have to return to see how long it lasts.

I've never used it, but I would like to. Its offensive stats are abysmal, but it gets Super Fang to mitigate that a bit. It can learn Double Team to stack evasion buffs, Sweet Kiss for confusion, and its bulk is surprisingly decent for how shit the rest of its stats are. Might try it out when I play BDSP
