ITT: Buff one Pokemon, nerf another
I'll start:

Hariyama:
New Stats: 144/140/80/30/60/60/BST:514
New Abilities: Thick Fat/Guts/(HA)Overwhelm
Overwhelm: Forces the opposing Pokemon to switch-out, when it gets hit with a supereffective move by the Pokemon with this ability
New Moves: Mach Punch, Zen Headbutt, Slack Off

Dracovish:
Fishious Rend Nerf: Move's base power decreased to 50

Urshifu single strike
New stats
150/150/150/0/150/150
New ability in huge power
Buff to wicked blow now has base 120 power and always crits, heals urshifu for 250% of the damage done and allows urshifu to overheal and store the hp, has 40 pp and when used applies +6 attack and speed to urshifu. The stat change takes place before the current turn takes place

Sandslash
80/110/120/30/70/85 Bst of 495
Sand Rush/Tough Claws as a new secondary ability
Complete redone learn set, sandshrew/slash has one of the worst level up learn sets ever and it makes using it ingame so fuckin bad early on.
Give it flame lash and spikey shield, accel rock, spikes and toxic spikes, rock polish as well.

Moves that would cause this Pokemon to lose a turn from fatigue (Hyper Beam/Heat Crash/etc.) no longer do so.

Nerf
Toxapex:
Replace Regenerator with Poison Point
Remove Haze from it's movepool.
