My favorite recipe for a healthy lunch:
>1 lb grass fed beef>4 oz beef liver>dice liver>melt butter in pan>cook beef and liver togetherI usually eat this with some fruit.
Beef gives the protein and fat
Liver is nature's multivitamin
Butter gives vitamin K2 and calcium
Fruit gives various stuff like C and tastes good :)
If you like sweet potatoes you can serve the ground beef mixture over one of those.
