porygon is in platinum's regional dex. just because bdsp includes some things from platinum doesn't mean you'll be able to transfer over whatever you like.

If presentation is that important then the best Pokemon games for Switch would be Snap, Pokken and LGPE (Although, I suppose they indeed are, but I argue it's for more beyond presentation)
