>>47802495>What power others than helping the worker not get screwed by a big company does a union do ?cut streets, movilize people to push a political agenda, block small companies they don't like, etc.
>I dont understand you say they take money and are corrupt.Well, you could for starters have read when I described that in
>>47792719. Its even funny that you ask how do they take money when that's not even an anti-union point or anything, they take money from paychecks, you have to pay to be in it, you'd know this if you had actual work experience.
>What does it mean ?That they take money and are corrupt.
>How are they not helping you ?I'm not unionized
> If they arent can you demand that they do ?If I were? No, because the bosses would put everyone against me.
> If they dont what do they do with the money to justify their existence ?Pretend to help while the leaders get richer
>Seeing how theyre not profitable for the company why would the company let money go to waste for something that doesnt do anything ?Because its not their money, its yours, you have no idea what you're talking about. YOU give part of your salary to them, for the company is money they were going to spend anyways, whether they help you or not. If you had anything close to an idea what you were talking about, you'd know that unions are independent from companies, not subsections of it, if that were the case I'd be even more right.
>What profit does it do for the company and why would they let it exist otherwise ?Its not the company's will. At least formally.
You seem to think unions are cooler HR departments. You're discussing shit you've no idea about anon, most of these answers aren't even from my anti-union pov, they're just what unions are.
