The Pika Cup looks like nonsense until you realize you can use Kadabra/Alakazam, most of the stone evolutoins, and Gyarados if you want to work around it. It ironically takes away most of your options but leaves you with more than a enough to win it.
>>47800600Just about, there is so little going on in RBY that most Pokemon's best sets are their best sets in any context. You will have your off-the-wall double teamers, exploders, wrappers, OHKO hounds, etc. but you are more likely to be walled by strong type combinations (electric/grass trainers are a PAIN) or THAT ONE GUY that you can't seem to beat. Definitely vitamin your team up too.
