Try playing it in a romhack that rebalances its mons. I'm using one in a hack of Ultra Sun that buffs shitmons. They moved its Atk up to high base 80s or low 90s iirc and gave it Aerilate, so its Body Slam hits well enough to actively use it for the playthrough.
