Kind of bizarre to considering they're either batshit insane or good depending on which version you play, but female Aqua grunt is a qt

Pretty slick and creepy considering they want to straight up wipe the entire world, nothing else though.

Great designs for the grunts both in templar and antifa version, probably the best explored team and the most believable one since they're extremist activists who don't just want to destroy everything for no reason.

Pretty stupid and generic but the named scientists are godtier.

Dumbest team but good female grunt. I'm probably going to say sacrilege but it would have been more interesting if Marnie commanded the Yells instead of being bothered by them. I don't think a rival who seizes her army of simps on the player had ever been done before.
All in all Aqua grunt is probably the best one.
