Nah, they already finished development. They're just waiting for the release date and have shillcucks think they spent all that time actually developing the game.

Remember, SwSh development was COMPLETED IN MAY OF 2019, game footage is final.

Gamefreak is making a mistake by not promoting this game more. BDSP can get away with this since it's a standard remake, but people in the wider Pokemon community think that Legends is a spinoff. If Gamefreak don't emphasize that Legends is the real big new Sinnoh game, then it's going to end up having Pokemon Snap level of sales.

Legends Arceus is a shift in the series like LGPE, not a spinoff. Pokemon Snap and Mystery Dungeon are spinoffs.
