Why is visual style not like the most recent game when FRLG had RB's visual style because it was the newest game at the time, HGSS had DPPt's visual style because it was the newest game at the time and ORAS had XY's visual style because it was the newest game at time. Why are the overworld models not full sized models anymore when of all the many things Sinnoh fans loved about Sinnoh, were never the overworld character sprites? Why have they not made any official announcement about the visual changes seen briefly in the Switch OLED's trailer or a closer look at these changes in other parts of the game? Why are they trying to be "faithful" to Diamond and Pearl specifically when there are so many aspects of the game that are inconvenient or make the game slower than it already is?
I'd expect them to make something mediocre but it just seems like they're genuinely trying to make a bad game for even Pokémon standards.
