Vaporeon is able to liquifiy itself however but not in the way you think. All its molecules and cells are still linked. There are some Vaporeons who lost their ability to align their cells but still can liquify. Those ones are very old and if you look on one you would see a molten Vaporeon, nearly twice to three times its length and flat, with a slight blueish color and a milky consistency.
