Like Mario did with Super Mario Galaxy.

There'd be different planets with different pokemon on them.

Essentially, it'd be just like normal Pokemon, but IN SPACE.

A region surrounding a central body of water would be so cool but GF would find a way to fuck it up. Victory Road and E4 could be at the mouth of a river overlooking the ocean on the horizon instead of yet another mountain.
