Anyone else get sad knowing the comfort of a truly portable and expansive Pokemon journey is over?

I know the Switch is technically portable but it's so big it hardly fits in a pocket. I miss just flipping my 3DS open and having everyone else around the world doing it to. Now the future of Pokemon is basically locked on a big clunky "portable" console. All other portable pokemon is gacha now...

I miss just opening my slick, shiny 3DS, seeing everyone else online, hatching Pokemon and knowing everyone else was there in that generation doing the same thing as well..
