Thoughts? Do you consider them legit or basically cheating?
I'm currently using the method to fill out my shiny living dex. It's a glitch, not a hack so I consider them 100% legit.

Is it even a glitch? I thought it was just manipulating RNG, which means for all intents and purposes the game is doing exactly what its been programmed to do.

How you're brain rewards you with dopamine is based upon
The higher the level of difficulty in overcoming a task or challenge. the more dopamine your body will release as your reward for doing the task.
if you have a system this easy to reward you for a shiny. you dont get that same kind of dopamine hit.
I mean its legit. but was it really rewarding? the shiny pokemon i tend to care the most about are the ones that took me more than one sitting to actually get. is this any surprise in knowing how your brain and reward system works? not really

It's a glitch, but it requires the right id combo, so you either reset for it or did rng manip, which are also both valid shiny hunting modes. So I think it's fine.

you can call it autistic af, but RNG manipulation is not cheating. Its extremely fucking tedious and is argument for why you should consider injectmons if youll looking for genuine perfect pokemon because the rng in older games is bullshit
