I also unyieldingly hate both but Primarina is just a case of "wasn't made to appeal to me/didn't go in the direction I was hoping" and Inteleon is a case of "was made to be cool and it honestly should have been given the idea, but the design was so poorly constructed and so far off the mark that it's frankly embarrassing".
