Living in a third world shithole, I did not have friends who play Pokemon and have a link cable, the only reason I can’t get Alakazan.

I don't remember. I knwo I had a Typhlosion, Pidgeotto I think, a Scyther. Beedrill, Nidoran (M), and some other shit mon. I was one of those over level your starter. bUt I never finished the game because I lost it.

First game was a pre-owned copy of Yellow, I didn't want to restart because I didn't think I could beat Brock, so I played the game from past the first gym with a trainer named PIMPER. The team was a Pikachu and a Butterfree named Wormy. I got EXP Share and it fucked my levels up hardcore so I never actually beat the game.
After that some fat kid at school traded me my yellow version for his Crystal version because he said he wanted to get 6 Pikachu to follow him. Looking back that was practically a fucking steal.

Gen 5. Bought White 2 on a whim from Blockbuster because I was 15 and bored as shit as I just had dropped out of school permanently. By the way I asked for White but they gave me White 2 instead by mistake, so that's why I went straight to 2.

First team definitely had Emboar as the star of the show, He's one of the only survivors from my OG team since a lot of them were erased along with the save file. As for the rest of the team I know I had a Seismitoad. And I somewhat recall having a Magnezone, Excadrill, Flygon and a Crobat.

So my team was:
Emboar
Seismitoad
Magnezone (I think)
Flygon (I think)
Excadrill (I think)
Crobat (I think)

All I remember is Pikachu of course, and a strong as hell Nidoking I had up until around Celadon. I erased my save by inserting the cartridge while the gameboy was on already and lost them. Waited like a month to start a new file but I don’t remember that team.
