Mr. Mime is not findable anywhere in Johto, they're on Kanto Route 21 & the Celadon Game Corner
Exeggcute, while mostly catchable in Johto areas, there's still Routes 26 & 27 from Kanto
Scyther & Pinsir can't really be counted as native species to Johto since they can only be found in an area for a contest, while National Park has a seperate encounter table for other Pokemon not from the contest.
