The second one I understand, as it's a roadblock that's out of your control, there to be removed whenever the developers think it's convenient. That said, I do wonder why the dancing men of all things piss off /vp/ so much. Instead of generic "Hey, the bridge is under repairs, you'll have to try again later." text #5923 they instead decided to have fun with it and chuck in a self-aware joke. It's a bad roadblock, but at least they did something with it.
IMO the worst roadblocks in the series are probably the cones in gen 5, for being out of your control, unexplained, unmentioned, and not attempting to at the very least be comedic.
