Only full odds random shiny I ever got was a Ponyta in Pearl. If I got a Mirage Island spawn I'm pretty sure I would jump out of my skin.

My only legit shiny encounter was a modest nature Geodude with sturdy in Pearl. I was very disappointed.

I got like 4 in gen 3 and only still have the two of them. The ones I lost to resets were tentacool and wingull (very special cus green was my favorite color) but I still have a shiny Oddish and Gengar from gen 3
