No, Fighting is actually pretty good right now, it's why Urshifu-S got banned. Lots of Pokemon also carry a Fighting type move for coverage (even if it is just Focus Miss). Meanwhile, Ghost is pretty much solely represented by Dragapult, maybe Gengar.
