Besides small/large Pokemon.
And Pokemon marks.

How can we make Pokemon more organic and unique besides Shiny versions and gender differences?

It is currently used in GO and PELG, but it does not have a graphical representation, which is a shame, since this would give a unique touch to your team.

It would also be interesting if it affected the statistics as in the case of Gourgeist.

The point of the pokemon is to be species that inhabit their world with a biological niche, not to be your edgy oc steel donuts.

And as in real life, there are variations, due to different biological, physical, or environmental factors, and depending on its success it will lead to a new species or it will just be an isolated case.

While its fun, its still too limiting to a very few Pokemon were this would be useful.

I enjoy the concept of giving nature more significance tho.

Different patterns for Pokemon you bred with specific parents and scars marks for wild would be interesting imo.
