I fished every tile in that route in two separate playthroughs of Emerald in order to catch a Feebas, and then grinded pokeblocks for Milotic, it was worth it. Stop being a lazy cunt who wants everything handed to him for no work.

this. no mention of specific tiles in the game, and the pokedex just tells you that feebas can be found in the route. if you were a kid looking for feebas, you would either have to get incredibly lucky or more than likely just give up after fishing in one tile for hours.
